How to Use Quote List Items

How does removing quotes work?
Remove quotes strips a matching pair of quotes from the start and end of each item. Items that are not quoted are left as they are.
What is this useful for?
Turning a plain column of values into a list of quoted strings for code or an SQL IN clause, and back again when you need the raw values.
Does it add commas between items?
No. It only quotes each item and keeps them one per line. Use a join tool afterwards if you need them on a single comma-separated line.
