How to Use Open Graph Preview
- Paste your tags. Drop in the head HTML of your page, or just the og: and twitter: meta tags you want to check.
- Select Preview. The tool reads your tags and builds a share card from the title, description, image, and URL it finds.
- Switch between platforms. Tabs for Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Slack, and Discord show how each one lays out the same link.
- Review the checklist. See which tags were found and which recommended ones are missing, plus warnings about length and image URLs.
- Fix and re-check. Update the tags on your page, paste them again, and confirm the card looks right everywhere.

What does this tool do?
It reads the Open Graph and Twitter tags you paste and shows how your link will look when it is shared, across several platforms.
Which platforms are shown?
Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Slack, and Discord. Each reads slightly different tags, so the previews are not identical.
Why is my image not showing?
The image needs an absolute https URL and should be large enough. A relative path or a tiny image will not render as a card.
Does it fetch my live URL?
No. You paste the tags yourself, which keeps the check private and instant and means it works on pages that are not public yet.
Which tags should I have?
At a minimum og:title, og:description, og:image, and og:url, plus a twitter:card tag for X. The checklist flags anything missing.
Is it free?
